This policy covers the AIQ Manage family of apps. The short version: we build apps that keep your data on your device. No accounts, no tracking, no ads, and we never sell data — there is nothing to sell.
Our default is zero collection. AIQ Manage apps have no sign-in, no analytics SDKs, no advertising SDKs, and no tracking of any kind. What you enter into an app is stored on your own iPhone, and deleting the app deletes it.
For our on-device apps, everything: your logs, records, notes, photos you scan, videos you convert, and audio you record are stored only in the app's private storage on your iPhone. They are not uploaded, synced to our servers (we do not operate any account servers), or shared with third parties. We cannot see them.
A few apps fetch public information over the network to do their job — for example market prices in StockIQ Pro, map data and nearby places in WanderIQ, or golf course data in CaddieIQ. These requests retrieve public data; they are not used to build a profile of you. Apps whose whole job is local — such as WideIQ and NightIQ Sleep — contain no network features at all.
Where an app offers an AI feature (for example receipt reading in VaultIQ or item identification in FlipIQ), the content you choose to analyze is processed to produce your answer and is not used for advertising or sold to anyone.
Audio is recorded with your permission and analysed on your iPhone as it is captured. It is never uploaded, streamed, or backed up to any cloud. You can delete any single night, or everything, from the app's settings, and deleting the app removes all of it. NightIQ Sleep is a general wellness app: it measures sound only and is not a medical device.
CaddieIQ uses your location, with your permission, to show distances on the course you are playing. Location is used live for that purpose and is not sent to us or used to track you.
WanderIQ uses your location, while the app is open, to find interesting places near you. It does not track you in the background for advertising and does not share your location with data brokers.
GarageIQ is fully offline and collects nothing. It has its own dedicated policy: GarageIQ Privacy Policy.
When an app asks for a permission (microphone, camera, photos, location, notifications), it asks at the moment it needs it, uses it only for the stated feature, and works as fully as it can if you decline. You can change any permission later in iOS Settings.
Payments and subscriptions, where offered, are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details.
Our apps are general-purpose utilities and do not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. Because our apps collect nothing by default, changes are expected to be rare and minor.
